Managing TP risk remains critical as businesses and tax authorities navigate increasingly uncertain times amid growing demands for greater tax transparency. With this changing environment in focus, clients expect advisors to have both a global and local perspective when advising on TP risk management. This includes all aspects of TP advisory from documentation and compliance to the review, design and implementation of global TP policies, business restructurings, and dispute resolution.

As a Transfer Pricing Director, you will assist with leading a dynamic and diverse team of problem solvers with extensive consulting experience. You will contribute significantly to creating a culture of collaboration and team-based learning while helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, documentation, and defence.

You'll lead complex and challenging assignments while building strategic relationships with a diverse client base. You'll be expected to bring innovative ideas to clients while keeping abreast of the wider tax and TP policy landscape.

You will be market-facing, driving business development initiatives across all industries and sectors. This position would be ideal for an entry TP Director or a seasoned generalist Transfer Pricing Senior Manager seeking the next step up.
