The accountancy sector has experienced an exciting shake-up in the last 5 years. A flurry of Private Equity investment combined with ambitious growth from the mid-tier firms presents a unique opportunity for transfer pricing professionals seeking something different from their next career move. Having appointed a TP leader earlier this year, our client’s revenues are already seriously impressive. Within 5 months, circumstances now require additional senior expertise and bandwidth due to projects already won and the accelerated pipeline of client engagements in place.
With a strong and very well established International Tax practice working in close collaboration with the TP service line – you’ll be supporting a constantly evolving client base (think super speedy, fast growth-clients operating in the high mid-tier). It’s an exciting time to join - as we see it, clients experiencing constant growth and change create fast-growth and interesting careers. The clients that you’ll be working with in 2025 will look very different in both scope and scale by 2028.
LEADERSHIP STYLE
When you meet a TP leader to discuss their aspirations and vision for their next important hire, you learn so much about their leadership style and personality. Particularly when they share they love difference. This genuinely makes us do cartwheels here at TPI as it’s not often singled out as a key driver. - Room to grow- As a Senior Manager, you’ll be building up your Director credentials by being responsible for the delivery of projects and leading on the client experience of these projects. If you’re working in a very large London team where the Partner group is pretty saturated, you won’t experience that here! Joining a new team where you’re not accountable for business development KPI’s (the TP leader is driving this), provides the chance for you to be entrepreneurial in every way. If you back yourself in your current role but have hit a glass ceiling, this team will play to your entrepreneurial strengths, ambition and relationship/client management skills.
