An experienced transfer pricing executive with over 25 years in the field, I leverage my passion for building high performing teams with my transfer pricing experience to accelerate organisational success. Pairing my technical knowledge with practical expertise of building diverse and specialized teams, I am uniquely qualified to assess, advise and execute on human capital strategic plans to achieve growth, efficiency and reduced risk exposure.

Over the course of my career, I have been involved in all aspects of the transfer pricing value chain. This experience has given me the unique ability to truly understand and discuss a client’s strategic HR needs. 

Drawing upon my broad industry experience and years of recruiting, on-boarding and developing teams that partner with key business leaders to execute the stated transfer pricing strategy provides me the insight needed to probe, understand and propose staffing solutions for both corporate and consulting clients. As the transfer pricing field continues to change, and demand intellectually curious and innovative professionals, it excites me to continue to build organizationally agile teams. None of this solutioning is possible without a business case, which entails discussing with senior management the value brought to the bottom line by a highly functioning transfer pricing team.
