We are on the lookout for a Tax Technology Senior Manager to join a vibrant, multicultural advisory team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in delivering comprehensive tax compliance and reporting services to blue chip industrial and financial services clients. Your expertise in risk management and governance, combined with your proficiency in various technology platforms, will be essential in optimizing tax processes. What You’ll Do:

• Lead Complex Engagements: Manage intricate client projects focused on FATCA and CRS compliance, ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements with precision.
• Innovate with Technology: Develop and implement cutting-edge tax technology strategies that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our compliance processes.
• Drive Solutions Across Platforms: Oversee the design and implementation of tax compliance solutions using industry-leading software, including SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Alteryx, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate and Advise: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, while providing expert advice on regulatory changes and best practices.
• Lead and Mentor: Guide and inspire a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Prepare impactful presentations for senior management and clients, showcasing our innovative tax technology solutions.

Utilising your 8-12 years of experience from a Big 4 firm, in-house tax governance or risk management role, or regulatory bodies like the OECD or Ministry of Finance, your leadership skills will shine in this fast-paced environment, and you will be able to demonstrate your proven track record of managing teams and complex projects.

Being well-versed in FATCA and CRS regulations and having hands-on experience with a variety of tax technology solutions and ERP systems, you will continue to excel by bringing your analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
