The team is dedicated to helping multinational corporations navigate the complexities of global transfer pricing regulations while maximising their operational efficiency. We have recently placed several talented individuals into this expanding team, and we are now seeking more Transfer Pricing professionals, ready to take the next step in their careers. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth of the TP practice in Riyadh.

In terms of daily work exposure, you will provide complex transfer pricing advisory services to financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, investment firms, and fintech organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review transfer pricing strategies for financial services clients, with a specific focus on:
• Intercompany financing arrangements.
• Treasury and capital markets transactions.
• Structured financial products.
• Cross-border financial services operations.
• Conduct detailed functional and risk analyses for financial institutions.
• Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation for FS sector clients.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, tax consulting, or a related field coupled with a strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulations and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia and or internationally (OECD Guidelines). Your excellent report-writing and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations will serve you well in this role as will your proven experience in managing teams and leading projects.
