Our client is a leading Top 20 professional services firm with an independent partnership that fosters collaboration and forward thinking. Due to an exciting phase of expansion, there is a new need for an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager or Senior Manager to join the team in London.

Additional experience that would be ideal to have in this role includes:

  • Providing expert advice on transfer pricing policy design and advisory engagements.
  • Assisting in Master file and local file preparation.
  • Handling MAP (Mutual Agreement Procedure) and APA (Advance Pricing Agreement) experience.
  • Demonstrating expertise in IP (Intellectual Property) structuring and migration.
  • Experience in analysing financial transactions.
  • Utilising excellent analytical and report writing skills to deliver high-quality work.
  • Liaising with our international network for benchmarking purposes and global projects.

Essential:

  • Minimum 6 - 7 years of full-time Transfer Pricing experience.
  • Must currently be working in UK Experience in a similar role with a focus on transfer pricing In-depth knowledge of the OECD TP Guidelines and UK TP rules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Post graduate degree or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CTA, or equivalent.
