Transfer Pricing Director

Operational Transfer Pricing Director level opportunity on offer with renowned Big 4 firm in Dubai. This position will play an essential role in offering clients key support in bridging between transfer pricing policy and implementation as well as linking with tax, technology and governance to ensure efficient and robust TP processes are created. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals ensuring the team's continuous growth and alignment with the firm's strategic direction.

This position will be ideal for an OTP specialist who wants to take charge of the development and build out of a service line. You will love business development and marketing your personal, and the firm’s brand. You will enjoy working collaboratively with a global network, including the U.S. and Europe.

You will also have immediate involvement in the following:

• Working with large multinational corporate groups operating across a range of sectors, assisting them with their transfer pricing requirements from planning and implementation to documentation and defence of their transfer pricing policies.
• Taking responsibility and ownership of client relationships and managing client assignments which are sizable in both scope and scale.
• Undertaking an analysis and interpretation of data, identifying business issues and applying technical knowledge appropriately.
• Leveraging internal networks to consult effectively with specialists within the firm when faced with complex risk management.
• Identifying and evaluating risk management issues; mitigating risk appropriately.
• Proactively seeking out business development opportunities and taking the lead in new client pitch situations.
