  • Developing audit defence strategies and analysing options for dispute resolution. Attribution of profits to permanent establishments.
  • Recognising opportunities to deliver Transfer Pricing technology solutions to clients.

About you:

  • Proven experience in Transfer Pricing (approximately 2-6 years), preferably within a Big 4 or leading professional services firm.
  • Demonstrating detailed understanding of local/domestic Transfer Pricing rules and the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
  • Applying technical knowledge of current transfer pricing and related rules, proposed rules and what their implications are on client engagements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving field. Existing EU working rights highly desirable.

The rewards:

  • Innovative Environment: Be a pioneer in shaping the Transfer Pricing landscape in Malta.

  • Global Exposure: Engage with a diverse, international clientele.
  • Lifestyle: Enjoy a perfect work-life balance in a country renowned for its quality of life and welcoming community.

Overall, Malta’s combination of strategic advantages, favourable tax regime, high quality of life, and supportive business environment makes it an exceptionally attractive location for tax and transfer pricing professionals seeking new opportunities and challenges.
