Transfer Pricing Recruitment – The Upturn Continues

2010 has experienced a strong start in the area of transfer pricing recruitment. We have seen significant levels of interest in all of the key world markets with respect to hiring experienced transfer pricing professionals, although the ‘boom times’ of 2005-2007 have yet to return.

Q1 has resulted in TP International being involved with the worldwide recruitment of transfer pricing professionals in over 20 countries across Europe, Asia and The Americas. Exciting new oppotunities for professionals at Consultant and Senior Consultant levels now exist, as 18 month recruitment freezes at these levels have subsequently been lifted. The sticking point is that relocation packages are still difficult to negotiate, particularly when there is still a preference for locally trained and experienced transfer pricing professionals.
