THE ROLE

You'll play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance to multinational corporations navigating the complexities of international tax regulations. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of experts to develop and implement innovative transfer pricing strategies, ensuring compliance while optimizing tax efficiencies.

You will also have responsibility for the following:

  • Review, understand, and assess global value chains and business models of multinational companies (flows of products, services, intellectual property, etc.).
  • Conduct challenging and complex functional, financial, and economic analyses for a broad range of industries and create global and country-specific transfer pricing documentation.
  • Support with the development of concepts for optimizing existing business models as well as the subsequent implementation of such models on a global basis.
  • Be part of an inspiring team, which develops comprehensive concepts and solutions for customers. You will grow in an environment that is characterized by team spirit, trust and mutual support.
  • Develop extensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training and take on responsibility from day one.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 2 years professional experience and a strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and international tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a distinct advantage.
  • EU working rights essential.
